The tech who came out was very professional and easy to work with. He addressed my needs immediately and provided clear communication on cost and timing. Dealer wanted me to tow the car to them, Sure Lock and Key was here quickly after the initial call to their call center (less than 1 hr.) Will be recommending to anyone who needs.
